Summer Swim, Dive & Pre-Team

The Pound Ridge Swim and Dive Team Dolphins are members of the Northern Westchester Swimming Conference, Division 1. 

Dolphins offers a fun and rewarding environment in which to develop technique and greater understanding of competing. 

Who can tryout?

Anyone between the age of 5-18 years of age and has a current 2024 pool pass membership. 

Tryouts

Saturday June 8th from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Raintdate: Sunday June 9th. 

Pre-Team 

For those swimmers who have tried out for swim team and needs additional stroke development. 

Swim Team

Must be able to swim the length of the competition pool with their head in the water, with basic stroke, unassisted and without stopping. 

Dive Team 

Must be able to Dive (not jump) of the diving board.
