Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for the following reasons: A full refund will be issued for any program cancelled by Recreation & Parks. A refund request because of illness or accident must be submitted in writing and accompanied by a doctor’s note. Refunds will be prorated based on the date received.
Cancelation Policy
In case of inclement weather, cancelations will be announced through an email on Community Pass. Make sure any emails you would like to receive notifications at, are added to your account. All efforts will be made to reschedule classes canceled due to weather conditions or scheduling conflicts. However there is no refund or prorated fee due to missed classes.
