Facility Usage/Application

Conant Hall

257 Westchester Ave 

Pound Ridge residents and Non residents may rent Conant Hall for parties and events. The Hall holds a maximum of 190 people and the use of ten tables and chairs is included. Rental fee for residents is $500.00 and $800.00 for non residents. Everyone is required pay a $500.00 (refundable) deposit and supply the town with liability insurance. Make your reservations early as the calendar fills up quickly!   If you are interested in using any of the facilities you must fill out the Use of PR Facilities Application . Park Shelter 

199 Westchester Ave.

The shelter has two grills and several picnic tables. Perfect for your BBQ event!

FREE to Pound Ridge Residents and Non-Resident Pool Members.

A certificate of insurance naming The Town of Pound Ridge as insured, must accompany the completed rental application.

Pool Parties 

Two hours use of a reserved area near the pool for your party. Two – 6’ long tables. Swimming for all party guests, at a discounted rate. A place to keep your cake/dessert item (limited space available) “Eats and Treats” birthday party menu package available, provided by our Pool concessionaire-at additional cost.

RULES:

Outside food and drinks (other than cake) cannot be brought into facility.

Participants are responsible to set up/clean up the reserved area, and for the conduct of all participants. Wrist bands will be given to non-pool-member guests of the party and must be worn at all times. Parties will take place during pool hours, pool will remain open to the public.

Party fee:  Residents: $75.00 and Non-Residents: $100 

Sachs Park 

Stone Hill Rd - St Rte 137 - S Of St Rte 124, Pound Ridge NY, 10576 (Across from the Highway Department). 

Used for youth sports such a Flag Football and USA Sports.
