Comprehensive Plan

In 2010 the Town of Pound Ridge adopted a Comprehensive Plan that identifies what makes Pound Ridge so unique and special, and what is needed to protect its special community character. This document serves as the beacon to guide future decisions regarding Land Use and Zoning; Natural Resources and Open Space; Transportation; and Community Services, Facilities and Recreation.

All residents are encouraged to read this document. 

In January of 2019, the Town Board approved the formation of a Comprehensive Plan Update Committee to update the adopted 2010 Comprehensive Plan.  Click here to learn more about the Comprehensive Plan Update Committee.
