Planning Board Subdivision & Lot Line Change Application

Prior to an application to Subdivide Land or a Lot Line Change, the Applicant should read the following sections of the Town Code that are available on the Town's home page, "Town Code":

• The Code of the Town of Pound Ridge, Chapter 113, "Zoning", which contains standards and requirements for development in the Town's various zoning districts.
• The Land Development Regulations, which guide the Planning Board in orderly development of land. In particular, Chapter, A117 Article III "Subdivision Applications".
