FOIL Requests
As the Records Access Officer, the Town Clerk responds to requests for records made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law. To request records, please complete one of the forms below and submit it to the Town Clerk's office.
To determine what type of records to request, it may be helpful to refer to the Retention and Disposition Schedule for New York Local Government Records (LGS-1), which describes types of records a municipality might maintain. (Please note that the town maintains only some but not all types of records described in Schedule LGS-1.)
