7 Old Pound Road

At our Town Board Meeting on Tuesday, the Town Board announced our intent to purchase 7 Old Pound Road’s 3-bedroom home and adjoining undeveloped 18+ acres for $1,250,000.  The primary reason to purchase this property is to protect it due to its proximity to the Town Park and the Historic District.  We have struggled with the timing of this purchase due to the pandemic and financial uncertainties ahead; and after much debate believe this is a once in a generation opportunity to take control rather than let it fall back into private ownership.
