Flag Football

It is never too early to start thinking about your child's fall schedule! 

Flag Football (6 vs. 6) is back for another season. You will register for this program through Community Pass. 

This year we are hoping to gain enough interest to be able to have girls teams. Each grade level grouping will need about 8-12 girls in order to run the team. In regards to registration, we will have no fee, until the number requirement is met. Once there are enough athletes a fee will be applied (this only applies to the girls team).

The fee for residents is $250 and non residents $275. Scholarships provided.

Parent coaches and assistant coaches are needed to make this program successful. If you have basic football knowledge please consider coaching a team. Our program can’t run without the help from our community. Please email Melissa Farella at mfarella@townofpoundridge.com to sign up to coach a grade (include the grade you would like to coach.) 

The program will begin with a Combine, Draft & Coaches Clinic on Saturday September 9th from 9:00-12:00.

Kickoff event, including first games, at the Pound Ridge Town Park, September 23rd.

Games will take place on Saturdays throughout the season.

Practices will take place on either Monday or Wednesday afternoons. 

Practices and games will take place at the Town Park, Pound Ridge Elementary School Upper Fields or Sachs Park.

Once coaches and teams have been determined we will have the practice schedule available.

This year we are excited to bring a Playoff Tournament into the program in the beginning of November!!
