AMENDED BID SPECS - 2024-25 Highway Materials and Services
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Pound Ridge, New York will accept sealed bids for the materials and services indicated below until 10:00 am on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.
- Aggregates & Sand for Ice Control
- Bituminous Materials
- Blacktop Laid in Place**
- Catch Basin Cleaning
- Heavy Equipment Rental
- Line Striping
- Recyclable Materials
- Town Refuse
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AMENDED BID PACKET INCLUDES CORRECTIONS REGARDING 1) SPECIFICATIONS FOR BITUMINOUS MATERIALS AND 2) THE TIME OF THE BID OPENING.
Bids will be for a one-year period ending with the awarding of new bids in the spring of 2025. Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Office of the Town Clerk at 179 Westchester Avenue, Pound Ridge, NY 10576-1743. The envelope must bear on its face the name and address of the bidder, the relevant bid material(s) or service(s), and the words “SEALED BID.”
Bids must include 1) the page(s) pertaining to the relevant material(s) or service(s), 2) a signed non-collusion statement, and 3) proof of insurance.
