Notice of Public Hearing on a Proposed Local Law regarding Enactment of a Moratorium

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Pound Ridge will hold a public hearing on December 5, 2023, commencing at 8:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as time allows, to provide an opportunity for public comment on a proposed local law regarding enactment of a moratorium with respect to the approval of building permits, variances, special use permits, site plans, and subdivision applications concerning properties located in the PB-A, PB-B and PB-C Zoning Districts pending the conclusion of the public input concerning and the Town Board’s consideration of a proposed local law governing the operation of licensed cannabis businesses within the Town’s business district.

The public may attend either in person at the Town House, 179 Westchester Avenue, Pound Ridge, or via Zoom videoconference using the following login/dial-in information:
