Planning Board Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Town of Pound Ridge will hold a public hearing on November 16, 2023, commencing at 7pm, or as soon thereafter as time allows, to provide an opportunity for public comment on the application of the Pound Ridge Fire District for Site Plan and Subdivision Approvals for the construction of an addition on the existing Pound Ridge Fire Headquarters and related site improvements at 80 Westchester Avenue and the consolidation of 4 contiguous parcels to support the building expansion.

The public may attend the hearing either in person at the Town House, 179 Westchester Avenue, Pound Ridge or via Zoom video conference using the following login/dial-in information:

The application materials are available at the Town House’s Planning Board Administrator’s Office, where they may be viewed by any interested person during regular business hours, from 9am through 4:30pm, Monday through Friday or  by request via email.
