The 2010 County, Town, Fire & Library bills are in the process of being printed and will be sent out on March 31, 2010.  The last day to pay without penalty will be Friday, April 30, 2010.  For your convenience, our office will be open on Saturday, April 24, 2010 from 9am to 12pm and on Friday, April 30, 2010 from 8am to 8pm.

Please remember to notify our office of any changes so that bills are sent to the proper location.

Happy Spring!

Welcome to the Receiver's page and if you are a new resident, welcome to the beautiful town of Pound Ridge!  We make every effort to make sure that your tax bills get where they need to be.  If you have refinanced recently or have just purchased a new home in town, please come in and introduce yourself or give us a call.

New owners will receive a Resident Information Form once we receive notification of a sale and current owners may download the form from here and send it in.  In this way we can keep our mortgage, mailing address, phone number and email addresses current.

Always remember to notify us of any changes in order to avoid penalties.
* Please note that New York State law provides that a Municipality cannot waive penalties on tax payments received after the due date for any reason.

The Receiver of Taxes is responsible for the collection of all Town, County, and Special District taxes.  We also collect Pound Ridge's portion of two school districts;  Bedford Central and Katonah-Lewisboro.

School tax bills are mailed out by the end of August and may be paid in full or in two installments.  The 1st half is due on or before September 30th and the 2nd half is due on or before January 31st

If your payment is not received by the due date, the payment penalty added to the tax bill is as indicated in the month paid:
